Wichita Falls police are investigating a robbery at a local retail store.

Shortly after 10:30 Monday night, police received a call for an armed robbery at the Dollar General in the 4700 block of Southwest Parkway.

Police say a black female robbed two employees at gunpoint, taking an unknown amount of cash and merchandise with her.

She then left the store on foot, but it’s unclear in which direction she took off.

Police say the suspect is described as thin, around 5’10” tall, and wearing navy blue clothing.
